How do I create a QR code with a custom logo?

What is QR code error correction?

Error correction lets a QR code be read even if part of it is obscured. L=7%, M=15%, Q=25%, H=30%. Use H when adding a logo.

What content types can I encode?

Should I download as PNG or SVG?
